OH I GOT PLENTY TO SAY THIS COMPANY SHOULD CLOSE BECAUSE IT DOES NOTHING WHY DO U HAND OUT PAYCHECK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES THEY DO NOTHING THEY HAD ME FED X MY TELEVISION THAT WAS UNFIXABLE WHICH I HAVE DONE 4 WEEKS AGO THEN SAID I WOULD RECEIVE REFUND CHECK BY FIRST OF APRIL. STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. I HAVE CALLED A BILLION TIME AND LEFT A BILLION MESSAGE TO FIND OUT WHY NO CHECK SENT TO ME CARLOS GARCIA AND DAVID L. at ext 101 WILL NOT FOLLOW UP WITH ME. DO REAL PEOPLE EVEN EXSIST OR IS A ROBOT ANSWERING SVS R ALL YOU ARE. IF YOU LOOK BACK AT YOUR REVIEWS GOING AS FAR AS 2012 U HAVEN'T IMPROVED ON ANY CUSTOMERS SVS SKILLS IN THE LEAST. IN MY OPINION THIS COMPANY NEEDS INVESTAGATION. WHAT KIND OF A SCAM BUSINESS R U REPRESENTING AND RUNNING.. I HOPE THIS FALLS ON EARS THAT CAN DO SOMETHING FOR US THE CONSUMMER. Started process of getting my tv repaired last October--they sent a repair tech who said tv needed replaced. It took them 2 1/2 months to send a replacement that was broken in the box!

They then offered me a refund but that's been almost 3 months waiting for now. They are crooks

cdebalsi is correct even a year and a half later they give the run around when you call. My picture went out and all that shows are thin vertical lines. I do have sound. I called to see if they could give me some direction. What COULD the problem be and approximately the cost to repair. The answer I got was vague. I asked if they had a support team but the woman who answered wouldn't get me to them. She said I needed to bring it to a repair shop. I said that all I wanted is a few ideas about what the problem was and since they manufacture the TV, they would know around how much it might be to fix. I just wanted to know if it was worth fixing or buy a new one. They obviously don't care about customer satisfaction. I'll never buy an RCA tv ever again. BE WARNED

I had bought an RCA TV and the picture went out. I called On Corp and they answered the phone and helped me very fast. They shipped me a replacement TV. I sent back the bad Tv with the prepaid label. Very fast and easy process. I would recommend to my friends and family.

This place is a joke. What company has a customer service dept. that does NOT answer the phone???. Leave a message and the mail box is full?! WTH.. it has been a month since a tech has looked at my TV and no call from this company. BBB will be getting a complaint and I am contacting my local news station and maybe my lawyer. People work had for their money and to be treated like trash is wrong!!

One star is way too high a rat...

One star is way too high a rating for this company. I and hundreds of customers like me have not been treated badly, just not treated at all! Ignoring your customers during a KNOWN failed product release (46" RCA LCD TV sound familiar anyone?) is atrocious. OnCorp, you are a joke. Get ready for a deluge of Better Business Bureau complaints. I's been over a month since the tech said they would call. I have left many voice mails (when the machine isn't full) and so has Best Buy and A&E Technicians on my behalf. Nothing.

This Business desevers a rating of a negitive 99% on coustomer satisfaction. They want call you back , they don't let you know what is going on with your service request. if I ever get my problem settled I will never buy another RCA product ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

speak to a person . this is a joke for customer service . if they don't talk to you

They do not answer the phone. ...

They do not answer the phone. Tehy do not call back. They can sell products but when you have problems they respond. Not sure why they are in business. The worse service I have ever experienced
