Ocean Villa Inn

I've stayed here twice, just me and my dog, for 10 days each time, in September 2014 and September 2015.
I had no issues whatsoever. It is a no-frills motel, but service was very good, staff was very friendly, and the location, right on the Dog Beach!, cannot be beat!!!

Published on Sep 26, 2015 Family First vacation ruined due to this CRAPPY HOTEL. Here is a short review on Ocean Villa Inn on 5142 W Point Loma Blvd, San Diego, CA 92107. STAY AWAY!!! It is about 30-40$ cheaper than the other hotels on the beach and that is only due to a military discount. I have stay in much nice barracks than this place. A hotel needs to provide you with a nice BED, shower, toilet and a refrigerator. Well the fridge was cold and the staff was SUPER nice. The manager Jeff made it obvious that he does not care about his tenants. He never seemed to work and then he expected me to come in his time to talk about the massive ant farm we had in our room. This place is not suited for human occupancy.
