Horrible customer service. I visited the store with my mother and daughter today. From the very beginning, when we asked a question for assistance, the lady who works at the store was rude and dismissive. Then, she assumed that I wanted a discount, which I did not. She couldn't determine whether or not to charge us for wig cap. Then, as I went to pay, I placed my chip-enabled card in the reader. When it said "remove card," I did. She then chastised me for removing the card too early. I kindly told the lady that I would not be spending my money in that business. Please learn how to treat your customers. I went down the street to Sunnie's beauty supply and received much better treatment.

NEVER EVER COME TO OK BEAUTY SUPPY, I USE TO GO THERE TO SEE THE STYLIST IN THE BACK FOR YEARS. NEVER ONE TIME HAS THE OWNERS THERE BEEN KIND TO ME. THE LITTLE WOMAN AND THE MAN ARE RACIST AND FOLLOW CUSTOMERS AROUND THE STORE AS YOU SHOP. THE ONLY EMPLOY ILLEGAL ALIENS TO STOCK THEIR SHELVES THEY ARE RUDE, RACIST, AND JUST STRAIGHT OUT CRIMINALS THEIR LICENSE IS EXPIRED AND THEY ARE NOT PRACTICING GOOD WORK HABITS DONT DO IT!

I like getting hair here but because they are so popular, they run out of the popular colors a lot!!! Not many places in SD which sell a good variety of hair but they do. Been around a long time. Prices sometimes slightly higher but overall, it's a good spot!
