Mesa Barber Shop

TL:DR: Stay away!!! .This was the ABSOLUTE WORST haircut I've EVER gotten in my life and I mean seriously bad. And then when I pointed out the problems with the cut the "barber"...Just kept saying "You LIE!"

I had my haircut by a young (20's) Asian girl. I could tell it wasn't headed in a good direction as she randomly hacked at my hair with the hair clipper...there was absolutely no pattern to what she was doing. I could feel that there were parts of my hair that she didn't cut because she was just so random in her cutting. And to make it worse she kept stopping (at least 5 times) to check her text messages. And after checking her text messages she would resume cutting in different place then where she left off before.

After the haircut was done I immediately turned to the mirror to check my hair. And I could instantly see that the sides were jagged and very uneven and different lengths. Combing my hair forward above my sideburns you could easily see there were parts of the hair that were quite different lengths where it should have been evenly cut. I pointed this out to her and I told that I wasn't happy. In response, she said "You LIE!" Again, I pointed to the the mirror showing here the parts of the hair that were uncut and uneven. To which she responded "You LIE!". Then the older lady in the next chair (presumably the manager?) said that it was my fault because I have "difficult hair" and I needed to accept that. Really!?! I've never had anyone tell me I have difficult hair and blame me for a haircut. My hair is pretty straight with only the slightest wave when it gets longer.

So rather than having another person try and fix the horrible haircut the manager just asked me to leave...so I did exactly that and paid them nothing for the haircut....because that is what it was worth and because I'm not going to pay for a service where they insult you rather than trying to fix the problem.
I strongly advise that you stay away from this shop!
