Macy's

I find the recent changes at Macy's to be a significant improvement--especially improved customer service. The dressing rooms can be backed up at the busiest times, but if shoppers all brought their clothes out of the dressing rooms or picked up what they knock off the racks, it would work better. What do you say, Ladies? A little courtesy all around?

My big objection? Dogs are allowed in the store and I have found dog hair on the clothes-- DOGS in a department store!! How fun for them . Owners, this is terribly presumptuous--not everyone loves your dog, is comfortable with animals or is non-allergic. Enjoy your pet in appropriate places--

Macy's enforce a no animals rule!

I love Macy's as a store, but their alterations, or should I say, lack of it, at the Fashion Valley store leave much to be desired. I purchased a pair of designer jeans that were way too long and needed them altered. I was told that they no longer had a seamstress at that location and that I'd have to take them to another store or have them sent out to be altered. Neither one of these were acceptable, as I live in this area and no other Macy's is close by, and number 2, I needed them back fairly quickly. This is supposed to be part of the service provided by the Macy's card I have. Some service.
