Kahala Travel

We used Kahala Travel to take care of our quick in-town getaway for our 4th anniversary. We only had one night, and we let the agent know what we were looking for as far as our preferences go, as we didn't have a specific hotel in mind. The agent found the perfect place for us - an upscale B-and-B in the heart of Downtown in San Diego. She even gave us a recommendation for a fabulous dessert place within walking distance of the inn. It was great using the services of a professional. We will definitely be using Kahala again for our next getaway, big or small.

I've never taken the time to write a review in the past, but this time I will. Please do not use Kahala Travel. They appear to be a stand up company, but when you ask for simple facts, like what does my money pay for, they tell you one thing and do another. When questioned about their practice, they admit to their mistake but do not make it right by their customer. DO NOT give them any money without seeing the details in writing. Verbal communication does not mean anything. Good luck in your travel planning!
