If I were able to give a 0 star rating I would! He is unprofessional and unnecessarily rude! My husband and I have great jobs and great credit so I certainly don't mind answering questions such as the ones he was asking but I'm certainly NOT going to give personal information to a stranger who won't even give me an address to drive by the property and look at it before prequalifying. Bizarre behavior! Possible fraud? My next is step is to write a letter of complaint against any licenses John Cornwall may have (property management or realtor), if I had the rental property's address, I would research the owner's contact info and let them know how he let an excellent potential family go AND lost income for her or him.

...I happened to be searching the 'net, for the exact location of Mr. Cornwell's new office location, and found this site; in reading the reviews posted by others who have dealt with Mr. Cornwell, I was rather taken aback at the comments. Is everyone talking about the very same person, whom I have had the utmost pleasure in associating with, for the past 15+ years, having occupied four delightful rental locations?? Granted, Mr. Cornwell has been known to be very insistent, disciplined and to the point, as far as punctuality on rent payment, personal information used for rental qualification, late payment leniency within reason, and overall customer service; however, over and above all of this, he has proven to be one of the most cordial, honest, fair and trustworthy landlords, whom I have had the utmost pleasure in dealing with. Potential tenants would do best to understand that one has to most assuredly be strict and disciplined, albeit cordial and accomadating in the landlord/tenant-associated real estate business, and in that respect, Mr. Cornwell has, time and time again, exceed those expectations and attributes, as far as being 'fair, but firm'. I remain very hard-pressed to imagine Mr. Cornwell in any other light than this, and any previous commentary may well be grossly/suspiciously/negatively fabricated, due to trivial disgruntlement or gross misunderstanding.....
