We pre selected a couple of options and went in to the store to see them
We were greeted nicely at the door and taken to the selections we had identified

Our sales person Jay was knowledgeable, professional, informative and personable.

We were out the door in 20 minutes.

Today, our furniture was delivered and the delivery team was top notch. Prompt, efficient, courteous and conscientious.

Elias was very knowledgeable when we were shopping for living room furniture. We visited the store and then came back another day to actually purchase the furniture. When we walked in the front door, he knew my husband and I by name. Elias was even willing to come in on his day off to take care of our transaction. Very happy with his service.

I came in for a bed frame I had found on the Jerome’s website. After being greeted by Scott and taking a walk around the showroom, I ended up with an even nicer frame that was in my price range. Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable, and efficient in helping me through the financing process. After a technical issue that resulted in their system being down, both Scott and Ricardo problem solved to ensure my purchase was painless- and in record time too. My purchase took only minutes, giving me time back in my day. Thank you Scott and Ricardo.

Mike Sande was an exceptional sales person! He was very patient and knowledgeable! We purchased our king mattress from him! At first we were hesitant to spend $2000 but we are so glad we did! 2 years later we are still enjoying our good night rest! Since then we've had family and friends visit mike Sande and they are all pleased with his hard work and knowledge!

Came from Los Angeles to find bedroom set. Christian Soliman took me through everything that matched my needs and found the perfect pieces. Painless process, great experience . Highly recommend this store and Christian.

I do not recommend Jeromes for any of your furniture needs. The product and price might look great and there is a reason. The furniture will crap out on you within weeks and getting them to follow through with their word to replace, order, fix, etc. anything under their 1 yr warranty is a joke. We have had nothing but problems with the living room furniture we purchased back in August 2014. We contacted them roughly 5 weeks after purchase as our cushions on both love seat and sofa were starting to come undone. We contacted Jeromes and they sent a service technician out to check them out. The technician decided that the tearing was so severe that we need to replace all of the cushions on our sofa and love seat and he would be putting in the order and let us know that it may take up to 12 weeks to get them in. Fine and dandy! We wait, and wait, and wait, and wait!! It is now January! We call again only to be told it's still on order and they are waiting to get them in. We wait, and wait, and wait some more... It is now MARCH 2015!! Remember I filed my claim in August 2014.... We call and call repeatedly every week, sometimes twice per week to be told every single time that someone will call us back within 24 hours with the status of our items. Finally get a lady to actually call back last week (3/10) who tells me our shipment was delayed due to some strike of some sort and they will be in on Thursday (3/12) and we will be receiving a phone call for delivery and installation of the items we have been waiting on..... Well, it is now 3/19 and what do you know?! NO PHONE CALL!!!



This place is ridiculous.... I will never ever return for any of my furniture needs and I will refer any and all friends, fellow military families, etc. from ever purchasing anything from Jeromes. This place needs to go out of business!



I would suggest Mor Furniture, Cash and Carry, possibly Furniture Warehouse or even Living Spaces was decently priced just stay as far as possible from JEROMES!
