There are parking problems, non permited cars park inside, poor security and a dead women found outside at walkway recently



Poor managment does not control the parking area, they use a strike three notice that makes you laugh, because its only a warning and you can have three and you just change your car to another place and they will not find you because they do not check in a regular basis, they only check it if you report it and if they have time, most likely they will not provide a non parking notice. people of non register cars know this



So if you come late you will not find a parking and you will have to park outside, several times happend to me, its a little Mexico where you can do what ever you want no law



The security guy only comes at night and stays 30 minutes! thats another laugh, several cars have been stolen! including one of an exneighbor, San Ysidro part of San Diego high crime area



All these makes undesirable to rent here
