Great Western Recovery

This place deserves more credit. Yes, they are responsible for repossesing your vehicle but they make the return of you vehicle smooth. They are friendly and treat you nice, not like other towing companies that are straight a-holes. Thanks guys

I'm not a fan of this repo company but not for the reasons listed below. For one, if you're not the registered owner of the vehicle you cannot pick up your room mates veh. (if they let you, then that would be negligence but in your favor). Secondly: I thought it was interesting that you claim you're a "victim" of negligence for them closing early... I wonder how many people like you say erroneous things to get attention...you poor thing..

How does the city allow crooks like these to stay operating? They wrongfully repoed my car even though I had the bank willing to explain it was an error. The driver, Tony Dalton, made false claims and lied to manipulate the situation. They do whatever they can to collect their fee from the crooks they work with.



Nothing more than a group of disgusting thugs with no morals. They are from Texas. Go back where you came from California doesn't need moralless a**hole crooks.



They also stole items out of my car. When I went to pick it up (about 1 hour later) there were items that were missing.

I'd give this place a big fat no-stars-what-so-ever rating if I could.



I tried to pick up a repossessed vehicle for my roommate at 2:10 p.m. Friday, Auguest 2, 2013, and the facility these scammers operate out of what's closed.



According to AL Financial, the scum of a finance company that they are, Great Western Recovery closes at 3 p.m.



There are no hours of operation listed, no phone number displayed and no company name on the building. They make contacting them practically impossible.



They have a "D" rating with BBB. I think they are in cahoots with finance companies in San Diego and consumers should beware.



Help bring Great Western Recovery down and put those crooks out of business!
