        Overall

        Worst hair cut salon I've ever been to! As far as the wait, it wasn't long at all. BUT when I went to sit down the chair was full of hair from the previous customer, it was dirty in there. The lady didn't wrap tissue around my neck to prevent hair from falling in my shirt, which was extremely annoying. She completely HACKED my hair. She didn't trim the front the bangs even when I asked her to!! She didn't give me a chance to even check out the haircut before telling me it was over. She just pulled off the gown and said she was done. All in all it lasted 4 minutes, which obviously isn't enough time to cut anyone's hair WELL!!!

        She was a tweaked out older lady with black hair, DO NOT GO TO HER or THIS SALON!

        And if Great Clips values their company and integrity they would shut down this branch. I've been going to great clips for many years and now question ever going back to another one!
