Dr. Dysart is direct, knowledgeable, and competent. Like anyone, I'm sure he's made a mistake or two, but never with me. He is always willing to explain things, but is probably impatient with trivialities and small talk. His old office was somewhat dowdy, and the new location is an improvement. If you need to be cuddled, you may not like his style, but if you want a good doctor who will explain things without talking down to you, he's your man.

I have never had a doctor who was more direct, competent at diagnosing the problems, and willing to explain in detail without talking down to me. As might be surmised from other reviews, he is probably unwilling to trifle with things that are not subject to treatment, and isn't there to chat about trivialities. I respect that, though, and I like him personally. I even like the fact that he doesn't waste a lot of money on fancy office space. If he keeps his costs reasonable, he can keep his charges reasonable, and that has been my experience. If you appreciate his direct style, you will like him and the care you recieve.
