        The Best Trainer

        Flo works with our university basketball team at Saint Katherine. Her training methods implement cutting edge core and strength workouts. Our players love their sessions with Flo. She has helped take our players to the next level of conditioning. We see results already in just several sessions. ---Coach Scott
