Overall

Illegally charges $.50 surcharge for using a credit card for any purchase under $10. A clear violation of California Civil Code Section 1748.1, http://law.onecle.com/california/civil/1748.1.html. I told this to the guy behind the counter, most likely the owner, and he flipped out on me.
