        Edelweiss Bakery- Rancho Bernardo

        Edelweiss Bakery is an excellent European bakery. Located in Rancho Bernardo in a good area, easy parking. It is a family run business with good customer service. Their pastries are fresh and buttery. They have a good selection of fresh bread, chocolate mousse and German Chocolate cakes, cinnamon cake, cheese danish, lemon and marble bread loafs, and blueberry muffins. They also specialize in beautiful wedding cakes.

        One note: please wrap what you purchase in plastic wrap (Glad wrap, etc); it will stay better for much longer.
