Dr. Jack Silvestre graduated with a diploma of Chiropractic Doctor from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2007. He practices Diversified Technique and Gonstead. Before becoming a chiropractor, he worked for 15 years as a Respiratory Therapist in the Intensive Care Units and Emergency Rooms in Washington DC and Los Angeles CA. He got his start in health care as a ‘medic/doc’ for the Marines and the US Navy where he served for 6 years as an enlisted serviceman. Working in the ER and ICU has helped Dr. Jack develop his skills in diagnosing and treating a wide-variety of health problems; from neuro-musculoskeletal to metabolic and organ-related health problems. Besides Chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy modalities, Dr. Jack is a proponent of Nutrition. Every cell in our body regenerates every 60-90 days. What we eat becomes the body cells that we create. *Good nutrition= strong body. Bad nutrition= weak body. Dr. Jack is a qualified QRA (Quantum Reflex Analysis) practitioner. QRA is an form of healing based on the body’s “bio-energy field” and correcting nutritional deficiencies. When not in the clinic, Dr. Jack enjoys working out. He is a boxer and a Muay Thai fighter. He also spends time walking his dog (“London”) and dancing Salsa. We know that you have many other choices for your health care. We hope to earn your trust with each visit.
