Overall

mean

It took half an hour for them to answer the phone, and by the time I could get in touch with someone for information about the product I needed, it was 10 minutes till closing. I asked the sales person if he would be willing to stay open an extra 15 minutes, and he sarcastically told me that "sure, when he showed up at his daughters birthday party late, he would just explain to her that someone neeeeeeded paint." Rude, rude, rude I will never go there.
