1. The cabinetry is from the '70s. The wood is disgustingly outdated and after each renter they just sand it down and revarnish.



2. The rent terms MUST end at the end of a month, you cannot simply have an 11 month lease, it'll end up being 11 months and a few extra weeks or whatever brings you to the end of the month.



3. Upon move in, there were still nails and screws in my wall that had just been painted over instead of removed and filled. There was also mold in the shower grout and cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling.



4. The parking is said to be assigned. Yes, they do provide spaces for specific apartments, but they don't care who parks there. It claims to be a tow away property but isn't. If someone parks in your spot they will post 3 written warnings on the car before calling the tow company which only the property manager can do so if they park there after 6:00PM when the office closes, you're out of luck until the next morning when the GM arrives and the car's already left.



5. Upon move out, make sure to take pictures of every corner of your apartment or they'll demand payment for full carpet replacement, linoleum replacement, etc. and shaft you for everything they possibly can.
