Ace Furniture

I've bought quite a few pieces of furniture from Ace furniture, never had a problem with them, they either delivered free of charge or it was a minimal charge. Ken was very helpful and i could put items on layaway as long as i needed. Also, i used my debt card to put a deposit and cash was not only form of payment they took. When i called for delivery they were there the next day and put up and installed all furniture. Nothing was scratched or damaged. i am very happy with their service and i will be going back.

Great customer service came in for a bed and found a wonderful selection. Second day delivery awesome experience. I love my bed. Amazing prices well worth the price well made furniture. Will definitely come back.

If I could give this place a zero, I would! Their customers service i zero! They're beyond rude and disrespectful! We placed an order set and they tell us it will arrive in 2 weeks, which by the way arrived 7 months later with so many scratches and damages which they didn't take responsibility for, oh and they only take "cash", so that should give you a hint of what they're going for. So I kept on calling the store to speak with the manager (Ken) they kept on telling me he is not available and if I have a problem I have to speak with him directly, I kept on calling for 4 days straight at least 5-6 times a day and he wouldn't return my calls or voicemails. So I drove an hour to the store, which he wasn't in the store either but his employees weren't willing to help! There was a man and woman with a baby working there, literally they were holding a crying baby while working there! Long story short, Ken only wants your money, he either doesn't deliver your order or when he does it looks nothing like what you ordered and it's damaged, he wouldn't refund you and he asks for thousands of dollars in CASH! DO NOT shop from here you will never get what you ordered or you would NEVER even get your order at ALL!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had a worse experience as a customer ar retail outlet. The person in charge (Ken) is incompetent and dishonest. After spending thousands of dollars over a period of a year during which every order was screwed up, they failed to deliver products that were promised. When I asked to speak to the owner I was given a fake number and likely a fake name. They told me to go to court. Stay away from this business as you will regret ever dealing with them.
