Our 2000 Ford Expedition was starting to give us problems and instead of putting more money into it, we decided to look into a vehicle that would satisfy not only my needs, but my wife and 4 kids needs! Joey helped us narrow down our options by finding us a couple of Toyota Siennas with a variety of prices, features, and buying/leasing options. We came in with a budget and Joey made sure to keep us in that range. My kids are loving the widescreen tv that splits into two screens and they have the option to watch either side and listen to the movie with their wireless headphones. My wife is loving the leather seats and automatic side/trunk doors, and I am enjoying the sound system and easy bluetooth pairing with my Iphone. Thanks again Joey for finding us the perfect van for my family and Steven in finance for the positive experience. I will refer Melody Toyota to any family and friends who are looking to buy/lease a vehicle in the future.

Beware of the bate & switch!!! These guys advertise a car on Autotrader for a good price, but then when you call about it, it's a $1000 more than advertised. Then they tell you that you'll make you a deal but it's still more than the Autotrader price. These guys are a joke!

Chauvinistic is a good word to describe the counter help I encountered at this place. I needed help buying a part for my vehicle and what I got was three different guys pointing fingers on whose turn it is to work and thus help me research my part on their computer. Not to mention that the person asked for the vehicle's registration paper and promptly forgot to return it to me, so I was driving around with no registration for a full day without me knowing it. I had to go back the next day, which was another pleasure! Thank God I have a Toyota, which minimizes my having to go to this place. I'll definitely loose it!
