This company, if you want to call that, is the worst excuse for a repossession company ever! I've heard of loan sharks that are more honest than them. Trying to get the car shipped back from California to Illinois when it was repo'ed from the bank. They say they only take CASH (how do I do that when I'm in Illinois) and have to have 24 hour notice that the car is being picked up. If the person on the loan is paying the storage it costs $25/day - if the credit union is paying it costs $5/day. They redirect your call to another number that is only open from M-F, 10-4 their time and then say they have to talk to the people on the registration. That person calls and then they say they have to talk to the credit union to release the car. That person calls and then they say they have to talk to the registered person of the car. They want to charge $75 for "personal property" which is garbage and can be thrown away. Nothing but "chase your tail mister". I was almost to the point of repossessing it from the "repossessor" and have the car dropped at a Walmart parking lot to have the transport people pick it up!!!!!!!! The credit union says they have NEVER had so much problems with a company before and won't do business with them again. NEVER hire this company or you'll be so regretting it!
