You would think that a utility company/co-op would figure out a way to prevent the power from going out every other time it rains, especially in a place like southeast Texas, where it rains all the time. You would be wrong.

Thank you and congratulations from all of us in the Huxley/Rogers Harbor communities for the amazingly swift and efficient restoration of our electrical service after the "Ike" storm. I do hope this message is forwarded in some form or another to the actual field workers so they know how much they are appreciated. We are all very proud of you.
