This is not a place to call home. Don't waist your time and money on this dump. The renters are threatened with $150 eviction notes if they don't get paid on the required date. Forget about asking for pest control or maintenance for your apartment you will be neglected. Revenue is thier priority not the tenants.

Do -not- move here. I have had nothing but a nightmare experience. My apartment was broken into and robbed at the start of the year, my a/c has been out for over a month, carpets are mildewed and soaked from a clogged drain hose, kitchen faucet can't be used because it floods under the sink, my kids bedroom windows are boarded up from the break in 6 months ago and have yet to replace them. I'm on disability and a single father of three kids. 10 people have contacted the management and they always say the same thing "We'll get to it".It's become such an issue with their refusal to fix anything I've refused to pay rent and my home health nurse has called an MSW because it's become detrimental to mine and my kids health.

The manager or her boss name Kathy were not @ all customer service educated , the owner should be checking on all his employees and the way they act in office and answerd your questions.
