Westover Hills Pediatric Dentistry

My 12 yr old son had a pleasant dental experience with Dr. Anderson on 3-19-2013 . She was nice, kind and professional and kept the parents informed. The front office was professional and courteous. Unlike the previous reviewer, we did not have a bad experience with this clinic. I wish the reviewer would provide additional details like who you spoke to and who you talk to. The front office is a busy place and that should be expected. I like the fact that this practice allows the parents to accompany their child (minors) unlike Dugas Family Dental (also off Potranco Rd) where parents are not allowed in the backroom (kind of suspicious to me and on another note, I did not leave my child in the backroom by himself.. and yes..I actually told the front office manager that she can call SAPD and escort me out once my son's cleaning is complete.. I will not leave my son's side in a backroom with strangers). So far, I haven't had double billing issues or appt mix up from the front office unlike Lemon Tree Dental (which is also off Potranco next to Papa Johns). We kept getting double billing and no one would contact us back even though we had already paid the amount. So from one parent to another, this appear to be the best dental practice off Potranco Road for kids. Another note: if your child gags when taking xrays, it is probably that the dental practice is not a pedi practice. Lemon tree dental did not have the small inserts for him when taking dental xrays and he just kept gagging.

my daughter and I have been taking my grandchildren there for over 2 years now..all 4 of my grandchildren love going, they are excellent with children and make them feel very at ease. The environment is pleasant and the staff is very nice and professional. My grand babies don't get scared going there at all... I live on the complete other side of town and drive from Perrin Beitel to their office...goes to show you.. Jennifer :-)

Dentist is good with the children,,, only downside was that they dont file secondary insurance.
