        Overall

        Have 2 addresses being serviced. Tried to cancel the one and was told they are a service like "Netflix" that they will charge the entire month no matter when you cancel! Well then they're not like Netflix at all since they prorate! Also where's my streaming video that should come with my trash service then if they're like Netflix! Also, does not respond to emails and has at least 45 min. hold wait time.
