US Post Office

I can' believe how rude the men there were. I had a 10:30 passport appointment so I was able to observe the mood and workers while waiting. There were 3 men working up front. Every customer that went up to the desk was treated badly. It was insane. Not to mention this wasn't the first time i have been to this post office. Every time the service is bad. No matter if it is slow or busy, they are mean. I asked if I could make one copy of my driver license for my passport package. The guy said I had to go to HEB because they weren't obligated to. Then when I came back he said I took to long and it was time for him to go on lunch. So i would have to make another appointment. I waited 1 1/2 MONTHS for this appointment already. I was only at HEB for 10 minutes or less. I will never go back to this post office. I'm sticking with Fedex. So i thought. Later that day I went to the post office on 10410 perrin beitel to wait in line due to no appointment needed. It was so busy but the workers were amazing. They were nice and even asked if I need to make a copy of my ID I said no but thanked them. I will never return to The post office on valley high and I will spread the word to my neighbors and family. I rather drive a few miles more for fedex or another post office.
