The worst customer service around. The mailman never comes to the door to deliver certified mail so getting the mail is nearly impossible. Had to call corporate so I could get my package. The supervisor is rude and didn't even come to the counter when I went to see her in person to pick up my package. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.

This post office is impossible to reach by phone. There was a mistake on the zip code on my package. When I arrive the very next morning, I find out that the package was sent back to the sender. Number 1, my phone number is attached to this delivery, a simple call could fixed the problem. Number 2 give the person a chance to pick up the package, before sending it back. Finally, if someone would have simply answers the phone, this would have been avoided. Biggest idiots on the planet!! No customer service skills whatsoever!! Morons!!

I had a pair of New Balance tennis shoes showing as delivered yet when I went to my mailbox they weren't there. I filed a claim with the USPS and NOTHING has been resolved. I'm out $80, thankfully eBay refunded me. I believe there is a thief with this location...no other explanation of how a package was removed from a locked box. Additionally, no one answers the phone. Horrible customer service!!

I went to this location in person to complain about a missing package containing a laptop that disappeared after being physically handed to my postman by me. I waited 25 minutes for a supervisor only to be treated as if I was the problem! The supervisor even went so far as to threaten to withhold my mail when I informed him that I intended to confront the carrier about the package! He said, "Your letter carrier is a federal employee and you better be extremely careful what you say to him because he has the power to withhold your mail." I can hardly believe that this supervisor's definition of customer service includes ignoring the issue with his employee and leveling a threat against a postal customer! Heritage Station is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I have twice received my neighbor's credit cards and have had multiple packages never show up despite tracking stating they were delivered.

Simply horrible! !

I still haven't received my package, since it is saying it hasn't even left this office yet, and when I call them they try to feed me a line bs. For starters the lady had me on hold for awhile then when she got back on she asks for my phone number, claiming that her computer is acting up. She said she would call right back. After 35 minutes, I had to call her back and when she answered she said she tried to call me 3 times and that number didn't work. Funny how I was using the phone that she claimed didn't work. And then when I tried to explain what happened, I feel like she was basically calling me a liar and that I don't know what I'm talking about. Very rude and poor service!

Poor service

This place is horrible, they never answer the phone. The postman either doesn't deliver or pick up mail. Constantly leaves the mailbox door open for all the world to see or gets rained on. Also lose packages even though they say it's been delivered.

I've been trying to reach this post office for two days now. No answer. Just a busy signal. I'm convinced no one works there. I'm with everyone else on here. Worst post office ever. And 1800usps us in deed useless. Just a recording when I desperately need to speak to a person!

If you need to get a package please use another address. This office will certainly lose the package but tell you it was delivered through their tracking web page.

Don't even waste your time calling the office and the 1 800 number is a sure yellow brick road way to nothingness.

Update: call the Consumer Affairs office at 210-368-8498. They were extremely helpful in resolving the issue I was having with this post office. If possible, ask for Thelma! She goes above and beyond to help you.

Im a new home owner as well and we cant seem to get our mail keys. They said they would be ready for pick up in one week. We went to pick it up and they weren't ready. They gave us a number to call (the main number) and no one ever answers. 3 weeks later and we are still waiting for our keys. It took me 6 weeks to resolve this issue.

My package was misrouted through their facility. It's showing status out for delivery for over 2 days now. Attempting to call them yields NO results since they do not answer their phone. It rings and rings then disconnects. 1-800 ASK USPS is useless too as you can't speak w/ a live customer service rep. BOO, USPS! Maybe this is one reason why you're going broke.

It is the best! I never thought that it would happen to me but I forgot to put a stamp on my bills(2). And I never got my mail return, so I called the companies and they told me that they had received the letters. Aparently the post office put a stamp on my bills and send them. I am very thankful. This is not the first time I get an excellent service. The staff is courteous and willing to answer all my questions.
