Two Men and a Truck

I have moved many times in my 57 years and used moving companies for all but a couple. This was the most horrific moving day that you can imagine. They ruined my sleep number bed and lost the control for the bed. It took 3 men 16, yes SIXTEEN hours to move a 3BR, 1700 SQft apartment of furniture. They scratched, dented, and broke things. They are refusing to make anything right and expect me to pay $2092 for a 9 mile local move of only 1700 sq feet. I should now be living in another state for that amount!!! Do not make the mistake of using this company!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the overall service of Two Men and a Truck. To start my appointment was at 11:00 am and the movers did not show up until 12:41 pm and I did not receive notification that they would be late. The movers were very careful with my things but I was extremely upset that the entire move was not completed until 1:53 am. I specifically stated that I was in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage that was fully furnished and over 2900 sq ft. Clearly there is a communication problem between the movers and the office staff and they understaffed and unprepared. Not to mention that there was not enough room in the truck for all of my belongings and a 2nd trip would need to be made. After unloading the truck to make the 2nd trip the truck broke down in my drive way and it took an hour for a replacement to arrive. I do not appreciate being ripped off. I was told the move would take 4-5 hours and not 10-12 hours. I will never recommend this company to any of my family and friends and I will be sure to share this review on every website that I possibly can.

Great, great service. The office staff was very friendly. They completely accomidated us with our move time. The movers were very respectful of my wife and I. They got the job done within the estimate, how often does that happen! At the end, they offered to rearrange furniture or anything else we needed. I would highly reccomend this company.
