        Bad customer service

        Had an 8:15 appointment, got there at 8:00 and was told we couldn't come in till my appointment time. It was freezing outside. After secretary was rude I canceled my appointment and will visit a doctor that is has a professional staff that wants my business. I will also notify my doctor that referred me to them and corporate. If we treated our customers the way they do I would be ashamed.

        Nice night out

        The food was good and the service was excellent. The wait staff was very attentative. The menu provided an nice variety, with everyone at the table enjoying their selection. The only disappointment was the chocolate souffle, which while good was not up to par with others we've had.

        HAUGHTY SERVICE

        Silo's seems to have mistaken a haughty wait staff as a sign of fine dining. We were disgusted with the front door greeting and the staff in the bar, so we chose to forego the restaurant. The staff were unattentive and haughty. I felt I should apologize for dirting their restaurant with my presence. Silo's Elevated Cuisine and prices could take a few pointers from a real fine dining experience like Biga's where you are always treated like a king or queen. The menu is limited and never varies.
