Tickets for Any Event

I only give one star because it will not let me rate lower. Honestly, representative was nice and tickets were great, but to be charged TWICE was a huge mistake. The tickets I purchased were NOT cheap and they keep telling me they can not see where they charged me the second time. Seriously?? Still waiting for refund. My advice, use another place.
