Thunderbird Apartments

Horrible place to live, new management took over and they can careless about fixing anything. And their cheap! Pest control couldn't even keep the bugs out. It's disgusting. Their is mold and mildew in the walls because the ac leaks. The carpets are full of fleas! They don't care, as long as they get their money.

The neighbordhood is great, just the Thunderbirds are so out of place, the whole building is collapsing, look at the air conditioning on the windows...are totally rusted and mildewed, many windows has carboards or pieces of wood, this look like a homeless place than rentals. Life here is very depressive, gossiping and fights are very commun, trata de blancas and drugs deals are the way of life of many there....the employees threat the tenants as enemies, I know that even the police try to stay away form here. My fear is that one day a mob fight or revenge can make all of us victims. The rent went up also the stress to live in this horrible place.
