        Overall

        They make butter out of brisket fat. great beer,and smoked chicken. Im planing a trip here soon with my club.

        If you have never tried the steak that is cooked via sous-vide method, it is the best most tender tastiest and cooked to perfection (rare) yum. try the cheese board (not a lover of goat cheese) you can request for that one to be off the board. Great house made brews I'm a porter type of guy and they have a good one. The BBQ is really good.
