The Branch At Medical Center

The branch has been good to me while my 2 year stay thus far. Sunny the prop Manager is wonderful and does truly try to assist any matters she may be able to resolve. It's going through a lot of renovations right now so if you just expect that . Other than that its good! I recommend and can't beat price... no crime or hobos or I'll activittt here

Now is not the time to move into this complex. Under new management and it's all about raising rent. New owner is a big player in buying and selling complexes. Long time tenant that has lived through the good and bad here. The bad is, no insulation. Neighbors will literally drive you crazy just walking around. If you live underneath people with pets, you'll hear every step a little puppy takes. If you have music lover neighbors, you will slowly go crazy. The problems here aren't associated with owners, it's in the passage of time, deteriorating insulation, ac compressors and commodes and whatnot that have lived their lifetimes and need to be replaced. If you nest up on the 3rd floor, you're looking at double what a normal cps bill would run. All long time tenants I know are getting out, as i am very soon.
