Horrible experience in and out Don't see doctor Frank's she rude and ugly I pay for my services just like everyone else never will I come here again and they forgot to send my prescription of meds not I called not they said we will call you back never did I get that call horrible customer service ....

Left there with no meds for severe head cold, major drainage in throat (sore, too)

etc. Coughing like crazy, too.

Came here because over the counter products didn't help and needed help quickly. Dr. Franks barely looked at my throat and listened to my chest.

She said "it's viral so go buy some Afrin." I asked her to please look at my ears (always a problem with head colds) and she said " I already did." What is she talking about? She never came near my ears. What's the point is spending $130 for services not rendered?

Don't go here and especially don't go if Dr. Franks is there.
