Very prompt. My appnt was at 10:23 I was called in at 10:25 and I was out the door by 10:35. The lady clerk was courteous and professional. Very pleasant experience

Unbelieveable - was there for 2 hours. Then told to go home and bring back my "birth certificate". I never started any paper work just sat in a room with a few others and an employee (rude). Have no idea what this was about -- just moved to SA from California - thought I would turn in my CA license and get a TX -- and be out in maximum 1 hour. Not the case! Very confused and unhappy as I still will have to go back!

I would actually give this location less than one star. I did the check in online, had all of my documentation together, took off work, and headed to their location. Right when I arrived I had a four minute wait, per the text message they sent me. Then I had one minute and said to proceed to the B waiting area. My number was on the board saying one minute wait. Waited for an hour (all the time saying one minute wait). Then after an hour I received a text message saying they moved me to a replacement ID line (I was actually adding an endorsement), and that my NEW wait time was 59 MINUTES! If the website is not putting people in the correct category then it needs to be corrected. Very disappointed in the lack of respect for people's time. I followed all the steps I needed to get my endorsement. They could at least do their part and follow what they tell us.

Deserves a negative stare. They need to ALL be on the same page! Too many people working there and not enough communication. Make sure you get everything in writing or recorded and their name if you have to return. Otherwise you will drive an hour to be told you have to come back even though they have scanned all your info into their system on Friday. I took my child to get his permanent they have all the info in their system but yet they think we carry around all their paperwork, birth certificate, ss card, passport for fun. Waste of my time and my child's, missing school to come there because they close the computers down 30 minutes before closing and close early on Friday. Go somewhere else if you can. Avoid this place oh and they don't do vehicle registration only licenses. Horrible place just horrible.

Why was this built? There is no one here, yet customers are rushed around to get them out quickly. Then there's no instructors giving any driving tests, so why do customers need an appt. to come back in the late afternoon? Also, I know there are rules the employees have to follow, but you obtain a manager to make any decisions that employees can't make. Don't let the issue get out of hand when it can be resolved by your superior. Finally, you have to find your own paperwork to fill out from their file stand. If you don't know what to get, good luck asking someone to help since they're busy hustling people around. It's like being in a cafeteria line where you grab & go. I really don't understand why this place was built.
