Summit Oaks Apartments

I just saw the official website for this complex and they do not have a new manager, she has been the same one for over 5 years, the only thing that changes are the maintenance guys. Those poor guys get treated really badly by her.



"When you first move in the staff in the office is very nice and upbeat-then when the problems of the apartment begin to (re)surface-the attitude from the staff turns angry and almost hateful. When trying to address a problem properly you can immediatly tell that the office manager does not have the decency nor the class to speak to anyone properly; even with serious issues concerning vehicle break-ins, vandalism, and problems with neighbors."



This, along with several domestic disputes and aggravated assults taking place in the parking lot are reasons that lead to police being dispatched and EMS as well to Summit Oaks. Several nights gunshots could be heard from the back of the property and notices of drug dealing and related problems appeared on all of the residents doors shortly thereafter.
