Subway

My family and I took a mini vacation to San Antonio 5/24/14. After a four hour drive we couldn't find our hotel down town and I needed to use the restroom. Since it was our first time I got off the car while my fam looked for a parking space, i got off the vehicle to use the restroom at subway in santa rosa st. I was standing in line behind a lady when the server named "Sergio" asked me what I needed. I said oh no I'm just standing in line. He opened the door for the lady and came back while putting on his work gloves. He said what are you getting. I said nothing I don't even have my purse with me it's in the car. He said if you are not ordering anything than get out of my store or I'm calling the police. I looked at him like why what is wrong with you. I asked him what was his problem and that I would buy something if I had my purse or cash with me but it was in the car. I even asked the lady in front of me if I've done something wrong and the lady said that he was rude to her too. He came back with the phone in hand and told me he was calling the police. I told him go ahead I am not doing anything wrong nor I have done anything wrong. I called my mom right away and told her to hurry up because the guy didn't let me use the restroom unless I was buying. My mom said just buy him something like a drink. I told her they had my purse in the car with them. She said they couldn't find a parking space so they were coming back for me. While I was waiting on them a lady walked by me and the mean associate ( "sergio") to use the restroom. He didn't say anything to her so I got mad and told him to go ahead and call the police on her too because she was using the restroom with out buying anything too. He ignored me while rolling his eyes at me. He obviously hates his job and had a bad day. And from what I saw I understand that there might be several drunk people that go in wanting to cause trouble. But that wasn't my case. But as a customer service specialist, there's many other ways of letting people know that restroom is only for buying customers like even placing signs all over the windows so people will know before even going in the shop. All he had to do was be nicer about it and tell me that due to policies I couldn't use the restroom unless i was a customer and apologize. but instead he was a jerk and threatened to call the police on me with in less than a minute of me being inside the shop. He completely ruined my San Antonio experience not just for me but for my parents, grandma, sisters and my daughter. This was the most awful experience I have ever has at any subway!!
