After having plenty of headaches with remodeling contractors in San Antonio, I was lucky to find Structure Builders. I hired Rudy and his team to add a covered porch off the back of my home and the entire process went exactly as it should. His carpenters clearly knew what they were doing and recommended some simple upgrades to my design. They showed up everyday and often worked until dark. Best of all, their bid was more affordable than most others and there was no wrangling over unexpected costs along the way. Rudy runs a tight ship and pays for good talent that can handle most any type of construction. My new porch looks great. I was impressed and will recommend them to my neighbors without hesitation.

The owner, Rudy Paiz came to my house to give me a quote on roof replacement due to hail damage. He looked at my insurance claim and asked if this was for a quote or a contract. I told him it was for a quote. He said I'll have my secretary send you one. Of course I knew by his expression I'd never see that quote. That is a very poor attitude toward a prospective customer. He wouldn't even take five minutes to write me a quote. I had done a lot of research on roofers on the BBB and this company was one of the only two I was considering. He has an A+ rating with the BBB and has no complaints listed. That's impressive considering he's been in business for 22 years. That's why he was at the top of my list before this happened. The other company ended up getting the job because they treated me like a person and acted like they wanted my business. I understand that companies can be picky with all this hail damage in San Antonio, but what he did to me was totally disrespectful.
