        No good !! Ordered a 60"x80" received a 57"x80" . Then the refused to replace the door they made a mistake on . They gave us the runaround for two weeks . Home Depot uses them as a vendor . They had to fix the mistake and lost money in doing so . Customer service is horrible they just sent to people who can't really make decisions. Don't buy from this company . You will get the wrong size door .

        I bought a door with a built-in doggie door and at exactly one year and one day the doggie door has fallen apart I loved the door wholeheartedly until recently I have sent numerous emails on getting replacement parts or possibly warranty but have gotten no reply whatsoever so in the end $500 buys you a great door with A1 year shelf life not that impressive in my book

        I got this door with a doggie door built-in and I absolutely loved it until exactly one year later the doggie door flap fell apart I tried to contact them through email with no response followed by a second email with still no response so in the end not very impressed with a $500 door lasting one year and one day
