Southtown Clinic

I am Writing about this place cause I do want people to know how you will be treated by girls at the front office ! They have a attitude from hell like their unhappy they're not friendly and the worst part is that The Dr is A sweetheart I have nothing to say about her and I don't know if she is even aware of their behavior with the patients that go there they never try to help you but never the less pretty much ain't even going to try to help you out !!!!



If you call they act like you're bothering them instead of them of saying Yes Mrs or Ms What Can I do for you Sure I can See what I Can do to Take care Of It ......



Its sad when you come to a office like this that they have no standard Morals for people especially it being in the down town area of San Antonio, Texas

I dont live near Southtown Clinic anymore, and I still will not change primary care physicians. There is never a long wait and the staff is always so friendly! They make sure my prescriptions are sent to my Pharamacy and i even walk out with a copy of what medications I will pick up. If your looking for a clinic where you will not be listening to a recording and leaving messages waiting for a staff member or nurse to call you this is where you need to call. ����

I was scheduled for an appointment for 3:30 pm I got here at 3:00 pm to be on time & I stayed here till 5 pm I was disciplining my children because they weren't listening. She jumped in on my conversation with my kids & told me; ((Do You want to leave)). I took it as a threat that she wasn't going to see my kids after I have been wanting here for more than 2 hours. She said that she has been busy with a whole lot of sick clients when we came in there was only 2 couples. So I will be letting every one that researches for there primary care physician so that way they don't go through what I just did .It made me feel horrible that I was having pain because I am 5 months pregnant & I am high risk because I have high blood pressure & digestional diabetes because of my pregnancy.because I was so upset I was having stomach pains after I left her office I don't think as a patient especially for my family as well we shouldn't be treated this way.

I love this neighborhood clinic, but mostly the staff! They are all so friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. If you don't want to wait hours & hours this is the place to go. This is an "old school" professional medical facility with "old school" charm.
