Snows Vietnam Restaurant

I have been a customer since at least 1979 when Mrs. Snow Eisenhauer opened the restaurant with her beautiful family. All of my three children (30 and under) love the spring rolls (which used to be called crab rolls, coz they were stuffed with crab, etc) chicken lemon grass, etc. Mrs. Eisenhauer used to take my oldest son into the kitchen to entertain him while we ate. He loved the tea so much and she would never divulge the receipe so he kept his little eyes peeled and came out with what I think is a very good facimile to what she serves. I must respect her wishes and not divulge her secret. But it is the best tea I've ever had. My daughter is on her way home at this moment bringing spring rolls.
