I've been using Schmidt Mechanical for a year and they seem pretty competent and honest. Their annual maintenance plan is a pretty good deal, $79 for two check-ups. Jose did my last A/C maintenance. He found a burnt-out capacitor and gave me several options for replacing it without being pushy. I told him I was thinking about replacing the whole system, and he gave me some information about that, too. He was very neat, polite, and respectful.

The customer service rep and Eric, the technician, were both extremely helpful and professional. The issue was resolved quickly and Eric was great about explaining what the problem was and maintenance strategies moving forward. He also took a moment to make sure my son felt more comfortable having a “stranger” in the house.
I would definitely use Schmidt mechanical again.

Their service was great. J.R. did a great job checking over everything. They're very professional.
