San Antonio Mortuary

I will not rate this funeral home it is sad that people like this take advantage of there services my brother passed away Thur. Nov. 3d they charged us over 3000.00 dollars for a service they did not even do my brother had to be sent to Mexico and it took 6 days for them to get the paperwork together the mexican consulate does not even charge for their services and paperwork is done right away of course it was better for them to leave him there longer so they could keep charging when they finally released him to us he was already decomposing they decided to put a cinnamon scent so it would not smell so bad then we get to the border and paperwork was missing we were held up another 5 hours and had to pay a fine because San Antonio Mortuary (staff) did not do their job so by the time we made it to our home the body was 70% decomposed we asked why the wait and they gave us a million and one excuses.It's sad that there are companies that have no sympathy for others just take advantage of
