Sammis Embroidery

Go flyers sorry Aj . I went in Tuesday afternoon to have a jersey embroidered . Name and number . The lady said it would be ready on Friday at 6 pm . I went in Friday afternoon to check on the order . It was not ready . No problem I was early . I gave the lady my name and number because she lost my paperwork. I left and she called me back in 30 min . She told me they didn't have the color I wanted and the order would not be ready until Monday unless I wanted a different color that she suggested . I needed the jersey this Saturday 10/5/2013 for the game I accepted her suggestion. I arrived again at around 6:00 pm and surprise surprise the jersey still was not ready . Not even concerned or apologizing the lady went on with her day .I just left . No thank you Sammy you can keep that jersey ( which I brought in ) I am not paying for your mistake . Bad business man . You can't even make good on your deadline . It's one jersey! ( should this really take 4 days ) it seems you should have known you didn't she the color I needed within four days . I know where not to go next time . Since Sammy's embroidery can't make a deadline . Go flyers !! Sorry AJ .

this is not the real Sammy's. The real Sammy's is further north on San Pedro on the right (before 410). This Samy's or whatever has terrible customer service. Charged a different price than quoted, job not completed, lost some of my patches to boot. Found out that this joint is ran by the Sam's ex-wife, I got that from the horse's mouth (Sam). Sammy's service was excellent, charged price that was quoted and on time.

I recently paid for tshirts to get screen printed and needed them in a week. After contacting Sam numerous times he kept saying they would be ready. Finally he sent the artwork for me to approve with several errors. He was unable to meet our deadline but I did get a full refund.
