What a Customer Service, I just moved to Fort Worth from California, Did not know anything about San Antonio, not only did I get the warmest of welcomes to their city by a nice lady in this Location; but THE BEST Deal on a beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers made on the spot for my wife in our Anniversary trip to San Antonio, I don't remember if her name was Yolanda or Wanda, but I'll never forget the way she took care of me, she made me feel as if I was THE ONLY customer in the face of Earth, and thanks to some places she recommended to visit, our Trip was a success, thank you for the best customer service I have received in a Long Long time!!

I order flowers for my Aunt last week but did not have a correct address. I was pressed for time so the nice lady offered to contact her on the day of the delivery to verify the address and ensure delivery. This was a nice extra service I was hoping for. She lovoed the flowers.

Several easels were not used at my mom's grave site, so my sister and I took them over to Robert's Flower Shop. When we entered and offered the easels to them, one of the assistants quickly offered us some fresh flowers in return. It was refreshing to know that someone still cared about offering friendly service.
