Where do I start! This idiot is a slum lord. He allows people living in his section 8 housing to deal drugs, down the street from an elementary school. The section 8 people can afford flat screen TV's, IPODS, cell phones, play stations and Xbox gaming consoles, pay for beer, cigarettes, yet they live off the tax payers in housing? The rest of us good homeowners are inviting the television stations to our neighborhood to see what really is going on. This man and his company deserve a negative 5 star rating. I rating this business one star but its not even worth that. The review i just read was exactly right she might have been a little nice about it though lol The houses are horrible they make you clean it. They do not show unless you give money down and they tell you that you better hurry because someone else is looking at it. I needed a place because i have kids i didn't expect it to be horrible. The bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned before. There is **** all over the toilet and pee all over the floor. It looks like a crack house!! Or something that you could not even image a house to look like. they are taking advantage of the housing company just to get there money. The houses don't pass inspection because the maintenacce man doesn't come around. When he does its a day before the inspection and he comes at 430 and leaves at 5 to go home. When you try calling him someone (a lady) answers and says he is not home. We have to try to come up with the money to fix things or we will be out of a home and they would keep the deposit. The deposit is the same price as original rent. The houses smell horrible like trash has been left for months. Roach droppings everywhere, mice holes that have not been fixed, mold, dirt. Whatever you might think is dirty thats what it looks like but worse. I wish someone can help us and confront these people. We are not bad people just because we are getting help from gov't.

first, they wont even show you a house without you giving !/s the deposit on the house,.. when you they eventually come around to showing you the inside of the house ,.. its in horrible ,.. unsanitary conditions,.. i was told they house would be completely ready by the move in date,.. i moved in and noticed nothing was done,. if anything , the house looked worse, i tried getting my deposit back and was told no,.. why am i giving a deposit to a house that has mold. mildew. repairs with electrical tape and paint..( hole in door fixed by covering w elec tape and painted over!) the locks on one door dont even meet, you cant lock the door,. the frame piece and the door piece are about an inch off,. there was a rotting hole in the wall of the shower replaced with a glued on piece of fiberglass/shower wall material and taped and painted over... fresh rat droppings in tub. and i was told,.. well i get what i pay for and since i dont pay my rent ( sect 8) i shouldnt be complaining ..im sorry but ive lived in a house and an apt complex that at their worst were in 100x better condition. never deal with these people, theyre thiefs running a scam. in the time i dealt with them they showed one other house to a few different people,.. remember ,.. you cant view the house without paying a deposit,.. that house is still unrented,.. theyre making money off showing houses not renting houses , or taking care of them.
