Crapy manager has attitude issues talk to her supervisor backed her up completely just because I was returning a remote control truck that only lasted 20minutes and got ruined becuase the tires were made out of foam. Female manager there said she might not be able to return it since it had been ruined explained to her that is what 20 minutes did to it and would like my money back. She picked it up to examin it and then threw it missing my daughter and stated she had to make a phone call to see if she could be able to. I told her employees if there is anyone above her she had no right to treat the remote control truck like that. When she came back from the back she stated that this will be the only time she will ever return anything like that for me since it was ruined and that she will always remember my face to keep a close eye when I were to come back into the store I felt harrassed. I told her not to worry that this will be the last time I will step foot into this store. I told her I never gave her a reason to give me such attitude or be harassed away she is giving me. She stated that I deserved it since I'm always harassed her employees I told her I have always treated her employees with respect. She gave me my refund and I told her thank you. Don't bother complaing about her she will never be fired will always treat people like crap be backed up by the top of the food chain. Good luck to whom ever steps foot into this radio shack. You can't miss her she will give you attitude from the very beginning you say HI.
