Sunday Father's Day, we decided to try the new chicken tenders being announced on the television, they looked so good so my wife and I went in and placed our order. The girl behind the counter promptly informed us that it would take twenty minutes to make that if we wanted to wait that long if not we could select another order. We informed her we would wait until they were maid. The second lady then came out and said they were not offering the new chicken tenders and that they were out. At this point we walked out of the restaurant and went elsewhere. This is the second time at this same store location that I have gone to buy chicken and the answer has always been the same. "It will take twenty to thirty minutes to prepare!" In this case it was a family order of spicy chicken. If this store is going to sell what it wants to your customers instead of what the customer chooses, you are in bad shape and should either improve your business, or get out of the business entirely.
