Personal Touch Day Spa

So you know how the TV show Cheers has that theme song, "where everybody knows your name" well that perfectly describes Personal Touch!!!! I go there every six months or so to get my Paul Mitchell PM Shine (greatest product EVER) touched up and the ladies are always so incredible! I walk in and its hugs all around and then the chatting and cutting begins! They really care about what is going on with my life and it's like a haircut and therapy session all rolled into one! But the ladies are so lovely and respectful that if you just want to chill and not talk- they're prefect fine with that as well!!!!



As for the actually washing, cutting, color and styling part of the appointment- I have never been disappointed! During the washing bit the ladies use the best smelling shampoo and conditioner (Lavender and mint!!!) and I'm immediately relaxed! THEN the lovely stylists MASSAGE YOUR HEAD!!! Good Lord I was on cloud nine! Then it’s off to the styling chair! When I asked for advice with color the ladies always help me out and give excellent advice and the color suits me perfectly! I get so many compliments on the color it’s incredible! Cutting my hair is always a pain in the rump because I have an intense amount of thick and coarse hair- but the ladies handle it like it’s no big deal! They are the first salon not to be openly scared of doing my hair! And they style my mane so nicely! I don't know how they do it but my hair feels like silk when they're done and I have a hard time keeping my hands out of my hair!!



I have had the most amazing times at Personal Touch whether it was in Sammie, Amber or Shay's chair! These women know what they are doing and are the nicest people you will ever meet!!!!!
