Methodist Ambulatory Surgery Hospital-Northwest

This was unfortunately a terrible experience for our family. We were scheduled by our ENT for ear tubes for our toddler at this center. Our ENT office told us that the doctor would need to be paid prior to surgery, which we did. The office informed us the surgery center would be separate billing and we assumed we would be billed post surgery. MAS called us 2 days before surgery to inform us we owed 1800 prior to surgery, so we scrambled to get the money together and paid the center. The day before surgery she spiked a fever and the doctor had to reschedule her appointment for the following week. Unfortunately, it was scheduled at a different location. The new location needed to be paid prior to surgery as well, so we ended up paying for 2 surgeries prior to them being conducted. MAS informed us on a Thursday we would be reimbursed the following Wednesday, it has now 2 weeks since they have charged us for a surgery not performed and we are still not reimbursed.
